Diet expert unveils raspberry ketone and green coffee bean extract

The co-hosts of "The View" do, and they invited diet expert Dr. Lindsey Duncan to discuss the four best weight loss supplements, from raspberry ketone to green coffee bean extract, on their Oct. 26 show. Green coffee bean extract, which Dr. Duncan recommends, has percolated in popularity. In a study, 16 young adults who were overweight took either a placebo, a low dose of green coffee bean extract, or a high dose of the extract. Those taking the green coffee bean extract lost an average of 17.5 pounds in 22 weeks. And they lost more fat and more weight taking the higher doses. On average, they reduced their body fat by 16 percent, according to the Los Angeles Times in April. However, Dr. Duncan noted it's essential to make sure that you take a brand containing a 100% pure green coffee extract branded as GCA, which contains chlorogenic acid.

Raspberry ketone has been popular since Dr. Oz termed it a "miracle fat burner in a bottle." Dr. Duncan labels it the "Great Fat Liberator." In addition, he recommends Caralluma Fimbriata, which he says can suppress hunger so well that he's labeled it the "Great Hunger Buster."
