do so in a safe and healthy way, stay away from fried food.

fried foods are packed not only with crunchiness but with a fabulous amount of
fat. Instead of cooking and eating fried foods, try baking instead. Baking is
by far the healthier method of food preparation and helps food retain many of
its natural flavors more robustly than frying does.
